Group photos usually take around 1–3 minutes each, so it’s good to make sure there’s enough time in your schedule for them — without feeling rushed.

2. Keep the List Manageable

Guests can get a little fidgety after 10–15 minutes of standing around, so we recommend keeping the group photo list to about 10–15 key combinations. You can always combine a few to save time!

3. Plan Ahead = Less Stress

The more we can plan ahead of the day, the more you can relax and enjoy your wedding — leave the photo-wrangling to us!

If you think of a few extra shots on the day, no worries! We’ll fit them in after the main list if there’s time.

Cyprus sun can be intense! Let us know in advance who your VIPs are (like parents, kids, bridal party) — it helps us work faster and keep everyone cool and happy.

6. Nominate a Photo Helper – A MUST

Pick someone from your wedding party who knows most of your guests — they’ll help us find the right people quickly and keep things moving. It honestly makes a huge difference! Make sure you prep them before the wedding day so they know what to expect.

If there are any tricky family dynamics (like divorced or remarried parents), just let us know beforehand so we can handle it with care and sensitivity.

8. Elderly Guests? We’ll Prioritise Them.
